JOB CONTENT

    1. Coordinating training activities: 

• Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information
  
• Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
• Collect feedback from trainers and trainees after training sessions
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment. 

    2. Research and Report

• Accomplish monthly L&D report
• Maintain updated database and training records
• Research and recommend new training method

REQUIREMENTS:

You'll be this missing piece of our team if you are/ have:

• Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Administration or other related field
  
• Business level of English communication 
• HR/ Training coordinating experience is a plus but if you are fresher and want to develop more in L&D field, you are still welcomed! 
• Characters/ skills needed: Positive thinking. Systematic thinking. Teamwork spirit. Can-do attitude.
