Working place: Hanoi
JOB DESCRIPTION
Fully support Sales on:
Preparing proposal and other assigned documents
Get the final proposal signed for booking airing schedule
Accurately composing contract based on final proposal
Co-ordinate and follow up with Clients and Cinema Operation and/or other departments involved to deliver excellent execution of Clients’ activations/campaigns
Performing sales administration works on a daily basis
Booking preshow and all kind of activation (if any) as instruction of key person
Following airing period with key person
Following with operation to get photos
Requesting + making AC
Requesting red invoice
Reports to clients
After campaign:
Preparing and following up with liquidation documents (such as liquid, red invoice request, AC, reports to clients) and payment
And other tasks assigned by Sales Manager and Sales team.
REQUIREMENTS
University graduate
Have experience in admin tasks
Good communication skill
Good at Office computer skills
Good at English and Vietnamese
A careful style of work and honesty
Hard-working and be able to work under pressure
