Marketing Future Leader (MFL) is a fast-track program dedicated to the brightest young marketing professionals to become our impactful future leaders, those who excitedly take on unique challenges and strive beyond the expectation.

You will take responsibility for learning the necessary knowledge in the process of performing assigned tasks in the development process and actively working and communicating with Buddy (as a guide) and Coach (Rotation Supervisor). In addition to performing the assigned tasks, MFL needs to actively build relationships within the organization, practice professional skills that are not limited to the scope of the assigned work. MFL can actively approach and exchange information with the Program Coordinator when needed.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Implementing a rotation program to assume positions in different departments in the Marketing Division within the first 2 years, including but not limited to Branding Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Customer Market Insights,...
• Participating in intensive training programs for the role
• Playing a crucial role in shaping and executing the organization's marketing strategy involves:
• Understand & analyze market characteristics, customers and partners to make recommendations on marketing opportunities
• Plan and design appropriate marketing programs according to selected customer segments; ensure these programs follow the customer journey and enhance customer experience
• Organize and supervise the implementation of marketing plans. Suggest ideas to improve internal processes and customer service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of project details, progress, and outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

1 . Degree/Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Economics or related disciplines

2 . Experience:

• Over 2 years of practical work experience related to marketing strategy, market analysis, brand management, digital marketing, campaign execution,...
• Working experience in the fields of Real estate, E-commerce, Fintech, Distribution, Retail is an advantage.

3 . Skills:

• Advanced English (all skills)
• Ability to learn & adapt quickly
• Logical thinking, critical thinking skills & good problem solving
• Ability to self-motivate and work under pressure
• Ability to organize and manage work effectively.
