Tasks:

ABB Vietnam currently has an opportunity for a Project Manager for PG division who will be responsible to support the project team for execution of projects as per budget, quality, and timeline. Based in Hanoi and reporting to the Project Management Team Leader, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, monitor, and control project activities and ensure smooth flow of project activities;
• Ensure customer satisfaction as per ABB’s standards and keep regular communication with customers;
• Manage finance and cost for a project by understanding cost calculations and cost optimization;
• Understand and implement ABB’s legal standards and contract management terms to operate smoothly in terms of project procedure;
• Understand scope and negotiations for change management in terms of additional sales, increasing margin, reducing risks, etc.;
• Analyze and manage risks and opportunities and take necessary actions to minimize risks and optimize opportunities;
• Work closely with SCM team to manage procurement for projects as per schedule of the project;
• Ensure ABB’s policies are adhered to in every process and operations.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have a university degree preferably Electrical engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in project management. You should have a strong command of English communication, strong leadership skills, and problem-solving attitude. This role will suit someone who is a self-starter and motivated.
