Location: Hanoi

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for retail chain store and user marketing;
  • Development of umbrella retail marketing concept and respective implementation strategy with the aim to develop and increase retail brand visibility, in-store merchandising, promotion & POS brand appearance at retail;
  • Responsible for setting up Power Tools flagship store, concept store and premium store;
  • Development + coordination of retail marketing calendar;
  • C-Budget efficiency management;
  • Retail marketing intelligence – competitor activities, retail trends, user retail shopping behavior;
  • Concepts and selection of retail service providers;
  • Launching new products, shop front promotion and retail events at Power Tools stores;
  • Implementing retail store’s KPIs;
  • Ensuring and maintain store operation up-to-standard and process of Bosch Power Tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, marketing, commercial;
  • At least 3-year experience at the relevant or similar position;
  • Very high knowledge in B2B communication strategy and B2B buying behavior;
  • Good understanding of the B2B Power Tools business processes (marketing & sales, business intelligence, master data management processes);
  • Operational experience in local sales & marketing organization/ personal retailer network of advantage;
  • High level of creativity, communication and implementation skills;
  • Very high level of customer orientation as well as future-oriented thinking;
  • Proactive work ethic with the ability to deliver results and meet challenging deadlines;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good English skill both in oral and written.
