1.  Supporting Brand Manager:

• Support with bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly sales and products tracker to evaluating sales performance, and measuring the impact of on-going promotions across sales channels
• Assist in project management on-going projects – includes working internally with sales team and externally with design and media agencies
• Support with in-house POSMs design (leaflet, poster, banner…)
• Conduct market scanning (price mirroring, competitors’ listings, activities, and promotions)
• Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
• Assumes responsibility for other duties as assigned by Brand Manager to support growth for Measuring Tools segment

2. Supporting North Sales team:

• Prepare sales orders (stock, promotion, payment…) and price adjustment letter, debt comparison letter…
• Update order forms and promotion schemes for customers
• Monitor and support sales events (dealer conferences, selling events, trade fairs…
• Process procedure for opening new account (contract, credit…)

• 3rd or 4th year student major in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics
• No working experience required, although student with experience in school/social activities are preferred
• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Photoshop/video editing skill is a plus point
• Detail-orientation and good organization skill
• Strong communication skill
