1. Talent Acquisition Executive
The Role

A strong experience Talent Acquisition Executive is needed to deliver Creative Force’s hiring needs. This is an opportunity for an ambitious person who wishes to grow higher in his/her career path in a professional and friendly technology company. The position will help to ensure the sufficient and qualified manpower for the fast-growing demand of the Company.

Responsibilities
  • Source and approach potential senior software engineers through online channels, company data, and personal networks.

  • Handle selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.

  • A good grasp of professional and social media platforms - how to use them per their individual strengths.

  • Excellent interviewing skills, including competency-based interviewing techniques

  • Proven results in high volume recruiting for the tech positions.

  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Manager to plan and identify staffing needs and section criteria

Requirements
  • At least 01 year of experience in a similar position.

  • Planning, organizing, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

  • Experienced in IT recruiting and have a good understanding of programming languages, platforms & frameworks.

  • Self-management and creative

  • Proven tracking and follow-up recruitment progress.

  • High level of accountability and confidentiality

  • Good communication, good interpersonal skills, willingness to learn

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and put the goals of the team before your own prestige

  • Can-do-attitude

  • High Proficiency in English (Speaking and Writing)

2. Talent Acquisition Intern

We are currently looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill up our Talent Acquisition Intern position:

Responsibilities
  • Support team in all activities of recruitment process such as post job on recruitment websites, contact candidates, welcome candidates, arrange test and schedule interview, data entry

  • Join to build candidates database

  • Assist new staffs on-board

  • Other administrative required by supervisor

Requirements
  • For 4th/3rd/2nd year students or fresh graduated in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major

  • Interest in HR, especially Recruitment

  • At least 6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship

  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

  • Full skill practices and applications of MS Office & G Suite

  • Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible

  • Good design & content skills is a plus
