Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan ASO and execute the plan for the Mobile App product.
  • Conduct research, optimize keywords, and use tools and methods to improve search rankings, and optimize Store_listing on the App Store (Apple) to increase conversion rates.
  • Run ads on platforms such as Apple Search, Google Ads, Facebook Ads...
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize product development plans, and ASO strategies.
  • Use analytics tracking tools: Google Analytics, Firebase, data, AppTweak, ... to analyze the market, and track app store rankings.
  • Monitor, synthesize, evaluate work results, and propose improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience at least 2 years in Marketing, and user acquisition with products on the iOS platform

  • Understanding of ASO mobile app on the App Store (Apple)

  • Proficiency in ASO support tools, running ads such as Apple Search, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads...

  • Research and market analysis skills using specialized tools for the mobile app industry.

  • Knowledge of English is an advantage

  • Independent/teamwork mindset.

  • Honest, proactive, and responsible in work attitude.

  • Research, track, maintain and update potential customer information from available sources

  • Sending emails introducing products and solutions to potential customers

  • Providing support in creating sales and marketing materials for the products

  • Assist with tracking and preparing contracts, proposals, and other related sales documents

  • Collaborate with the Delivery team to track deals, ensure smooth execution

  • Coordinate with internal teams and ensure the smooth onboarding of project teams

  • Maintain client relationships and provide customer support

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields

  • Interest in software products and the technology industry.

  • Highly creative, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in software sales or a related field.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills in customer interactions.
