Logivan là nền tảng web giúp các doanh nghiệp tìm xe tải dễ dàng nhanh chóng. Tương tự như Uber / grab cho xe tải, LOGIVAN kết nối chủ hàng hoá và chủ xe.
LOGIVAN là công ty công nghệ đến từ Việt Nam, với nền tảng công nghệ được tư vấn và hỗ trợ bởi UBER Technologies Inc, tài chính được hỗ trợ bởi quỹ đầu tư mạo hiểm lớn của Singapore.
LOGIVAN có sứ mệnh là kết nối nền vận tải Việt Nam, giảm số lượng xe tải chiều về rỗng (hiện lên tới 70%) và vì thế giảm ùn tắc, ô nhiễm môi trường cũng như giảm chi phí logistics một chiều (Logistics chiếm đến 25% GDP của Việt Nam, cao nhất trong khu vực Đông Nam Á).

Working time: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 or 09:00 - 13:00 (working time is flexible, only enough 8 hours/day)
4 days of remote work per month.

Job description
Ensuring that The Company’s activities comply with all relevant legislation
Assessing legal risks and providing guidance to minimise risk wherever possible
Working directly with the CEO and executive team to support on legal matters
Establishing strong legal systems in The Company
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Working with our legal & HR executives to advise them of best practices
Negotiating significant commercial contracts to ensure LOGIVAN’s interests are upheld
Establishing a strong legal argument in any dispute situations
Leading dispute proceedings to ensure a favourable resolution
Supporting LOGIVAN to register comprehensive intellectual property rights, trademark protection, copyright protection, company regulations, seals, etc.
Implementing legal procedures related to promotion, price support, discount, and marketing programmes, etc; registering ongoing programmes with relevant authorities
Conducting legal research in Vietnam and overseas to assist in business decisions
Liaising with external legal teams when any specialist legal input is required

Job requirement:
Be a fully qualified and independently practicing corporate lawyer
5 - 10 years of experience of corporate legal practice
Prior experience as an in-house corporate lawyer
Industry experience in transportation is an advantage but not essential
Ability to work independently and establish systems and policies
Spoken and written English to a professional standard, including for legal documentation
