• Job Description
• Develop English training programs/ curriculums for children, adults, and businesses with specific learning objectives.
• Follow and be responsible for the quality of teaching- learning in a number of assigned schools and tutoring classes, through activities such as supervising and observation, feedback handling, teachers reporting, evaluation & tests, etc.
• Hold in-house training sessions and workshops to help foreign teachers update teaching methods and enhance their teaching skills
• Build, arrange, and manage learning resources (lesson plans, textbooks, supplementary materials).
• Research the market to propose continuously innovative products that enhance quality and meet the actual needs of the market
  
  
  

• Be proficient in English, equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher, prefer candidates majoring in linguistics or pedagogy.
• Have teaching experience or have worked in equivalent positions for 6 months or more.
• Be careful, ready to work under pressure.
• Have a learning spirit, creativity, update and research new learning programs.
  
  
  

• Income includes salary and commission, negotiable according to actual experience, (average 10 - 17 million VND/month). Salary is reviewed and increased annually, other bonuses for projects.
• Benefits: full social insurance, health insurance, 12 days of annual leave and other welfare regimes as prescribed by the company
• Working time (7 hours/day): 8:30-12:00, 13:30-17:00 from Monday to Friday (5 days/week).
