JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and requirements
  • Follow up for client's confirmation; Collect client's document/ update;..
  • Prepare stuffs for offline class at Office or Hotel such as tea break, document,…
  • Post schedule: Prepare and send Document plan for class; Schedule training plan for Auditor (about ISO Training Field)
  • Logistics support: Book car/ air ticket/ train ticket.
  • Others admin tasks assign by Leader.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prefer candidate has knowledge in Customer Service/ Admin/ Secretary position or relevant
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Has the ability to perceive situations in a realistic way
  • To understand complex operations from a broad perspective
