JOB DESCRIPTION1. Quantity: 01 intern
2. Internship duration: At least 6 months, up to 12 months
3. Internship location: Hanoi Office – 24th Floor, Handico Tower, Pham Hung Street, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi
4. Job description:
- Make contract and discuss to Customer about shipping cargo corporation.
- Regularly contact, take care of customers, support prices, preferential services for customers.
- Provide support to the logistics team, ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are not damaged or mistaken.
- Ask customers to confirm orders, place orders outside with freight forwarders or brokers.
- Work with carriers to coordinate returns and manage electronic shipping files.
- Support the Operation Team to complete the shipment.
- Support for Sale Manager (Vietnam+Korean)
REQUIREMENTS- Final-year students or recent graduates with less than 1 year of experience.
- Fields of study: Logistics, Import-Export, International Transportation, Finance & Accounting, Human Resource Management, etc.
- Must commit to at least 70% of the registered internship duration.
