Position: Recruitment Consultant (2 positions)

1. for the IT team

2. for the Manufacturing team 

What you'll do:

- Understand clients’ job requirements 

- Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising) 

- Evaluate resumes and applications 

- Source candidates using databases, social media etc. 

- Assume responsibility for pre-interview screening 

- Match the most suitable candidates to different positions 

- Create relationships with job seekers and provide advices

- Facilitate and finalized agreements between candidate and employer

- Follow up Candidate from interview to finish probation time.

- Make a Daily report and Weekly report.

Who you are:

- Other tasks assigned from Line Manager.

- Bachelor's Degree

- Good English / or Japanese N3 or N2

- Have experience in HR, Recruiter, Candidates with headhunt experience in IT/Manufacturing is a plus

- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques demonstrated deep market knowledge as well as business environment understanding inside Industry in charge.

- Skillful negotiator with flexible communication style with all types of internal and external audiences
