JOB DESCRIPTION- Event Planning and Execution:
- Organize and manage online and offline events targeting external audiences such as students and professionals.
- Develop event plans, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and logistics (gifts, printing materials, decorations, etc.).
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle internal documentation such as proposals and approval forms for event organization.
- Manage procedures with building management for on-site events and ensure all required permissions are obtained.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Monitor post-event activities, including reporting and feedback collection.
REQUIREMENTS- Female candidates born in 2001 or later are preferred.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
