Job Description
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Screening and short-listing applicants, interviewing candidates
- Managing the process through interview to offer stage
- Providing advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression
- Following up with clients and candidates until the deal is close
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships (optional)
- Other related tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements
- 4th-year students or fresh graduates
- Strong communication skills
- Having good English skills
- A good listener, who cares about people
- A willingness and enthusiasm to work hard to achieve your goals
- Positive can-do attitude
- Results and target oriented
- Understanding of the IT industry is a plus
- Working experience of headhunting/recruiting or business development is a plus

- Commission: 3 - 15 million VND/ hire
