Location: Hanoi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative procedures in relation to client acceptance and engagement acceptance;
  • Provide administrative support to audit teams in organising internal audit meetings;
  • Send out audit confirmations, monitor confirmations received, update confirmation schedule and work closely with audit teams to follow up confirmations;
  • Monitor work in progress, process bills and follow up on payment;
  • Assist audit teams in preparing/sending out correspondence;
  • Complete other client-related administrative tasks assigned by Team Managers or superiors;
  • Organising travel, client appointments, room bookings and organising meetings for managers;
  • Print, copy and scan materials;
  • Telephone screening/ message taking;
  • Rolling and formatting reports/contracts;
  • Other related tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Pleasant and mature attitude;
  • Hard-working, able to adapt to high-pressure situations;
  • Able to adjust to different work environments and methods;
  • Able to get along with others/work in a team;
  • Understand and commit to confidentiality in all matters pertaining to clients’ information;
  • Good command of English (speaking, writing and listening);
  • Confident;
  • Proactive and able to take initiative;
  • 45 – 50 wpm typing;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
