As the Growth Marketing Intern/Fresher, you will be responsible for implementing content marketing strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and driving user acquisition, retention, and other growth tractions. Specific tasks include but not limited to:

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email, and other digital marketing channels to increase user acquisition and retention for SubWallet
• Implement marketing campaigns across various platforms, monitor their effectiveness, and iterate accordingly to achieve the best results
• Collaborate with the Growth team and other related departments to identify key growth opportunities, optimize user experience, and drive growth tractions
• Work with the design team to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends, in order to identify new features and integrations that could further differentiate SubWallet from competitors
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, provide insights, and recommend adjustments to the strategy accordingly
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize and improve the user experience and work closely with the product team to implement changes, as well as identify and resolve user issues

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (IELTS 7.0 equivalent is preferable), with ability to develop compelling marketing messaging and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of the Web3 and crypto industry and a passion for emerging technologies is a plus
• A strong data-driven mindset and ability to analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, with experience in using analytics and data to inform growth marketing strategy
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with ability to think outside the box and identify new growth opportunities
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work independently with a positive attitude

As a Blockchain developer, your responsibilities include:

• Research & evaluate different blockchain technologies
• Stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies
• Design & develop blockchain features for dApp as required
• Maintain & optimize dApp performance
• Collaborate with other team members and business partners

• At least 1 year of experience in a programming language (C/C++, Java, Python, Javascript,…)
• Basic understanding of blockchain

As a Frontend Developer, your responsibilities include:

• Develop a new module for the company’s product: SubWallet Extension, SubWallet Mobile App, SubWallet DApp, etc…
• Design and develop web-based frontend applications with HTML/CSS, and Javascript, Typescript using ReactJS
• Implement UI components and libraries
• Contribute new ideas and finish tasks in a timely manner
• Strictly follow all regulations of Mobile Payment development and user’s information security
• Look for an optimized solution for SubWallet App and support operation team during the execution stage

• 3+ years of work experience as a frontend developer
• Ability to build a web application with at least one of the JS frameworks from the beginning
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript/HTML/CSS
• Proficiency in ReactJS stack and related libraries
• Ability to develop Javascript/Typescript library
• Ability to customize webpack and babel configurations
• A passion for exploring/learning new technology

What You'll Do

This role will report to the Head of Product Design and assist with a variety of design tasks to execute the overall product development strategy. Your responsibilities include:

• Research, come up with ideas and design UI interfaces as well as build UI Design system libraries for different product platforms such as browser extension, web app, mobile app and website according to requirements
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Design materials for publications and online banners as required
• Brainstorm original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex designs
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Other tasks as requested

• Basic knowledge of design principles including layout, color scheme, font, image processing, design system, etc…
• Understanding of UI/UX design with an ability to research and design user experience
• Proficiency in using design and wireframe tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience with design systems such as Ant, Google Material, and IBM Carbon is a plus
• Creative problem-solving and teamwork skills with a progressive and dedicated spirit
• Priority is given to students majoring in or having certificates in Design and Fine Arts
