JOB DESCRIPTION

LG Electronics Development Vietnam (LGEDV) focuses on eco-friendly automotive components. We conduct core R&D activities, and various product reliability tests in support of our vehicle component business.

LGEDV is seeking an excellent member to be a part of our DA Team.

      *  Your main responsibilities will be:

- Assist in general office administration operation, arrange logistics (flights, hotels, meeting rooms, transportation, and related arrangements);
- Maintain records of administration and logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents) to be submitted to the Accounting part;
- Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions;
- Take care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, cleaning and housekeeping services;
- Support tasks related to government affair (Visa & work permit for B.O.D…)
- Support to organize company culture activities (teambuilding, staff trip, monthly birthday…) and company meetings;
- Any other relevant responsibilities as requested by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

·        General requirements

- Bachelor degree preferred in Administration Management, Finance, Accounting;
- 0-3 years of working experience in office/ administrative management in foreign-owned company;
- Good English skills;
- MS office proficiency;
- Detailed-oriented & high sense of responsibility;
- Can-do attitude and good team-work.
