I. Job Description:

 - General secretarial and Reception works (receiving incoming calls, faxes, email…; booking air ticket, hotel, Golf, car arrangement…) and follow expenses

- Be responsible for buying, managing assets, office equipment, stationery, uniform …

- In charge of making Visa, work permit, residence card… for foreign staffs

- Check attendance for staffs & workers and control HR’s documents

- Calculate social insurance for workers - Support accounting department (input data, issue VAT invoice …)

- Translate documents

- Other jobs required by HR & Admin Manager

II. Requirements:

- Have at least 1-year working experience as Admin/HR staff

- Good English skills, Japanese is an advantage

- Proficient in Word, Excel…
