1. Điều tra source code, đưa ra tài liêu điều tra và tài liệu phương án sửa đổi

2. Coding theo yêu cầu (chuẩn theo coding convention của Khách hàng đưa)

3. Thực hiện tạo ra các case test trước khi UT và E2E (automation test) 4. Coding UT và coding E2E 5. Đưa ra các evidence các hoạt động: chạy UT, chạy ELS, chạy Stub, chạy E2E, Chạy Typescript (bắt buộc)

6. Thực hiện selftest đảm bảo chất lượng

7. Fix bug

8. Thực hiện seft review output mình và review output của member khác

9. Thực hiện review solution

10. Phối hợp với PM trong việc lên plan

11. Phối hợp với team BE, BrSE, Tester để đạt được mục tiêu chung của dự án

12. Nghiên cứu hệ thống, tài liệu liên quan đề xuất ra các solution phù hợp và tối ưu cho KH

13. Báo cáo công việc cuối ngày

14. Tuân thủ quy trình và rule của dự án

Must have

Kinh nghiệm chuyên môn - Kinh nghiệm FE > 3 năm

- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với nhiều thư viện UI: Ant design, Element UI, Headless UI

- Thành thạo những thư viện sau: ReDux, ReactQuery, Redux Saga, Redux Thunk, I18L, VueX, Lodash, Joi, Yup, ..

- Thành thạo JS, hiểu sâu cơ chế hoạt động JS và cách render của web

- Thành thạo HTML, CSS, SCSS, (SASS, Less: Optional),...

- Thành thạo và hiểu cơ chế hoạt động của ReactJS

- Đã từng có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các framework: NuxtJS NextJS trên 2 năm - Thành thạo và hiểu cơ chế hoạt động của Web

- Hiểu biết và có kinh nghiệm về Optimization cho web Kỹ năng khác

- Có kinh nghiệm review code, lead team, có năng lực thuyết phục và đưa ra định hướng chung và solution chi tiết

- Có kinh nghiệm > 1 năm unit test , automation test cho FE

- Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực về tiến độ, quản lý, quy trình dự án - Tinh thần làm việc trách nhiệm cao, commit đúng deadline

- Biết cách làm việc teamwork, giao tiếp dễ hiểu

- Biết cách phối hợp với team BE, tester, BA, các stakeholder khác để đi đến mục đích chung của dự án

- Biết cách đọc tài liệu, điều tra tài liệu, làm rõ yêu cầu

- Có kinh nghiệm điều tra source code, đưa ra phương án chỉnh sửa thích hợp

- Có kinh nghiệm với nhiều phương thức estimate và review estimate của member

- Đã từng làm việc nhiều về quy trình trong dự án

Scope of work

-Test Planning and Analysis:

+ Analyze user stories and requirements provided by the customer to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

- Test Execution:

+ Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) on both mobile and web applications.

- Defect Management:

+ Identify, record, document, and track bugs.

+ Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. - Collaboration:

+ Work closely with the development team, both in-house and client-side, to ensure effective communication and quality during the development cycle.

+ Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and communicate test results.

- Support and Flexibility:

+ Support other team members during periods of high workload.

+ Be adaptable to change and willing to adjust working methods to improve collaboration with customers and the development team.

- Quality Assurance:

+ Ensure the final product meets the required standards and user expectations.

- Experience:

+ Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Tester.

+ Proven experience with testing mobile and web applications.

- Skills:

+ Strong ability to create and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
