Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Responsibilities

      Support Sales Manager.

·        Update, summarize report on sales situation to timely provide the appropriate solutions.

·        Handling administrative work, other documents in the department

·        Call and send emails to identify customer’s need

·        Schedule and support meeting for Sales Manager

·        Maintain customers’ relationship

·        Help Manager to translate some documents

Requirements

·        Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

·        Thinking fast, flexible, handle the situation well.

·        English Communication

·        Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, E-mail).

·        Having personal  computer
