JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role
"We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Hanoi. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys both internal coordination and external customer interaction. You’ll support our sales team, manage orders, coordinate logistics with our distillery and third-party providers, and ensure smooth operations. While sales admin experience is a strong plus, we value a great attitude and a willingness to learn above all."

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system to track leads, customers, and sales data (training provided).
  • Coordinate logistics and shipping with our distillery team and third-party logistics providers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and keeping records organized.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve internal processes.


REQUIREMENTS

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and highly proficient in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus (training provided).
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • A great attitude and a willingness to learn.
