- Receive Report, Cross-check and calculate allowances for Technicians based on company policy, submit to Financial Department for final the payment.
- Based on Contract and Acceptance Report of Technician => calculate service charges, send and receive confirmation from clients (Vietnam and abroad), then submit to accountant to make sales invoice. Periodically create and follow technician reports.
- Support the process of making visa on arrival to Vietnam, domestics flight (if any) for foreign technician in Vietnam, manage these advance payments and follow to collect Company’s advance payment.
- Book flights, hotel for company employees on business trips. Follow up on business reports, and submit to Financial Department for payment.
- Office admin: In charge of stationery purchase, drinking waters refill, utilities payments (electricity, telecom,…), mail sending/receiving and other administrative tasks when requested.

- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills;
- Detail-oriented, both in understanding instructions and executing processes and deliverables;
- Organized with solid time management skills;
- Honest, hardworking, teamwork
- Priority: Female with an English bachelor's degree and accounting knowledge.

- NET Salary: 700-800 EUR/month
- Bonus: 13th salary + company performance.
- Remuneration according to company regulations (free lunch and parking ..)
