*** Job purpose:
Play as the connection between the customers & internal departments to produce products as customer's requirement and be responsible for following duties:
• Liaise with MR HQ & Customer to collect accurate customers’ requirements for samples produced.
• Liaise with customers to obtain their approval of samples
• Give guidance and supports to related departments for bulk productions.

*** Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
• Closely liaise with MR HQ and customers to prepare essential resources for samples produced in accordance with customers’ requirements.
• Delegate tasks and supervise team in aliasing with related departments, ensure the accuracy of their work, the completion of all samples by deadlines.
• Consolidate reports and progress updated to Management and customers.
• Resolve issues within a timely manner, create internal and external processes and procedures while working for continuous improvement.
• Monitor career development of the Merchandising team through identifying and developing capable employees by different way of coaching and training;
