YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

-         Support to Marketing team by projects

-         Implement, monitor, track and support logistic to all trade activities across online & offline channels and Digital Trade engagement platform.

-         Do the reports by week, month, quarter and year.

-         Coordinate with internal (sales team, accountant, warehouse, ...) & external stakeholders (vendors, retailers, LAS, …) assuring the assigned projects are properly planed, communicated, executed and measured.

-         Following with vendors in terms of supplying POSM on time or any design items if requested. 

-         Support to track allocated budget and consolidate the documents by programs

-         Manage, recruit and do the training for Trade Assistants (TA), Field Auditors (FA) in Hanoi & North Provinces if any.

-         Visit the market for all trade activities & TA team, get the feedback and request the solutions.

Other tasks assigned by line manager or business purposes. 

WHO we’re looking for

·        A relevant Bachelor's Degree. 

·        At least 2-5 years experience related to sales or trade marketing experiences

-         Excel & Data Analytics

-         Microsoft Power Point & Words

-         Execution skills with high level of details

-         Digital marketing experience is preferred.
