    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Hỗ trợ lên kế hoạch và tổ chức các hoạt động truyền thông, quảng cáo

    • Viết bài và hỗ trợ biên tập các bài viết liên quan trên các kênh truyền thông: Website, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Email marketing… theo chiến lược của công ty

    • Phối hợp quản lý các kênh truyền thông và theo dõi các chiến dịch quảng cáo

    • Hỗ trợ phân tích và báo cáo hiệu quả hoạt động truyền thông

    • Thực hiện các công việc hỗ trợ khác theo sự phân công của quản lý.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm - Có thể sắp xếp thời gian làm việc tối thiểu 20h/tuần

    • Ưu tiên sinh viên năm 3/năm 4 chuyên ngành Marketing, Báo chí, Tiếng Anh, hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan có đam mê với truyền thông, quảng cáo, thương mại điện tử

    • Có tinh thần học hỏi nhanh và trách nhiệm cao trong công việc

    • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, tư duy tốt về ngôn ngữ, ưu tiên khả năng đọc hiểu Tiếng Anh tốt

    • Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, biết sử dụng một số phần mềm thiết kế hình ảnh, quay dựng video đơn giản…

    • Có máy tính cá nhân

    • Thời gian thực tập tối thiểu 2 tháng

    Job description

    We are currently seeking a Content Copywriter & Community Specialist to join our Marketing Team at Meraces. This position requires writing attention-getting and customer-facing marketing communication pieces, including landing page content, social media content, and SEO-compliant web copy. An ability to search, understand, interpret, edit, and appropriately articulate the industry trend is also essential to this position. Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online channel, group, creating a community event and posting content plan in correct manner).

    Key Objective of Role

    Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types. You will deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and increase conversion.

    Key responsibilities

    Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

    • Write outbound digital content like landing pages, social media content, and marketing collateral

    • Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative content used in content promotion in crossed channels

    • Write clear marketing copies to promote company USP and advantages

    • Optimize headlines, taglines, social and YouTube video copies to drive a higher click-through rate

    • Work with designers to create educational content in infographics, motion graphics, and video

    • Identify customers’ needs and pain points in our content and recommend new topics

    • Ensure all-around consistency, including style, fonts, tone, and manner

    • Improve content style and direction based on performance input on different content pieces

    • Analyze content marketing metrics and make changes as needed

    • Work with local teams and freelancers to localize content

    • Organize and participate in online events to build community and boost brand awareness

    • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

    • Other tasks related to SEO and social marketing

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Fresher accepted. 

    • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Language, BA or related discipline

    • Native Vietnamese writing, editing, and proofreading skills

    • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online channel, group, creating a community event and posting content plan in correct manner)

    • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0)

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and be proactive and self-driven

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks/responsibilities, and meet expected timelines

    • Ability to read and evaluate technical information and find relevant studies to support assigned topics

    • Ability to collaborate well with graphic designers, video editors

    • Understanding of online marketing communication
