Working time: Full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 6:30PM

JOB DESCRIPTION- Performing various administrative duties (contacting
vendors, payment procedure, sorting documents, etc);
- Supporting Senior Manager/ Senior Executive in assigned
tasks
- Translating and drafting documents from Vietnamese to English, and vice versa
- Assisting with event and sponsorship benefits execution
- Other assignments from line manager or Company
- Supporting in preparing documents for reports, proposals as assigned
REQUIREMENTS- Vietnamese and English fluency
- Outstanding
knowledge of MS Office – Especially Excel, Word, Power Point
- Excellent
communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational
and time-management skills
- Eye for detail, thirst for knowledge and dedication
- Willing to work overtime is
necessary
- Good
knowledge in Footballs, sports especially in Vietnamese football
- Willing
to travel for business
