JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious legal intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity for law students or fresh graduates to gain valuable experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and briefs
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as transaction documents and pleadings
- Attend client meetings and assist with case management
- Collaborate with our lawyers and staff on various legal projects
REQUIREMENTSQualifications:
- Currently junior or senior in an accredited law school or recent graduate from law school
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
