JOB DESCRIPTION

Preparation of detailed estimates based on customer documents/Drawings specifically determining exclusions, substitutions, general notes, grades and complexity of works.
Preparation of internal quotation requests for raw materials, paint & special items and follow up with Purchasing on such requirements.
Preparation of Bill of Quantities and assessment of work content.
Preparation of Quotations / Proposals based on specification and customer requirements. Then forwarding the Quotation / Proposal to Sales Officer under transmittal form, after it has been approved by the Manager.
