We are creating a comprehensive Cross-border eCommerce Platform that features solutions for Storefront, Payment Gateway, Inventory, Catalogs, Logistics, Marketing Insights, CRM... Here are some examples:
- Develop a Storefront solution
- Centralize payment gateways for managing transactions and after payment business (such as: refund, chargebacks, claims, inquiry,..)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Facebook Resource Management Team Lead to join our team in Hanoi. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding, managing and optimizing Facebook resources. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the marketing team has sufficient resources to operate effectively.

As our Senior Google Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be in charge of developing and executing performance-driven advertising campaigns on Google Ads platform. Your expertise will be significant in optimizing campaigns, maximizing ROAS, and driving customer acquisition. We're seeking someone with a strong background in Google Ads performance marketing and a proven track record of achieving strong growth and driving results.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Plan, setup, and optimize effective Google advertising campaigns, including: Search, Shopping, Performance Max.
- Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with our creative team to optimize ad creatives.
- Test and iterate ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize ROAS

We are now seeking a Technical designer to uphold our standards for excellence and drive customer satisfaction through your technical expertise, attention to detail, and leadership abilities. You will report directly to the Manager of Supply Chain Management and work closely with our fulfillment team and partnership factories.
To succeed in this role, you have at least 2 years’ experience as a lingerie or intimate apparel technical designer or quality assurance specialist. You are a self-starter able to implement best practices for evaluating, correcting and improving bra patterns, construction, and sizing based on a demonstrated expertise with intimate apparel fit, fabrics, and trend knowledge. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills will allow you to connect with and provide training across teams as our bra technical expert.
The Technical is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality, fit and technical accuracy for all bra styles. Primary duties include:
- Visually inspect products across multiple categories such as intimate apparel, activewear, shapewear, etc. Check for defects in materials, construction, labeling, packaging, etc. Reject or approve products against quality specifications.
- Grade finished bras by cup and band size based on technical measurements and fit. Provide recommendations to the factory on size grading adjustments needed.
- Responsible for all aspects of the fit process; Evaluate fit and construction during each stage of the development cycle from concept to production.
- Analyze size and fit data to create detailed size charts for intimate apparel and other categories. Update size charts regularly to promote accurate sizing information to customers.
- Review key metrics on fit, quality and customer satisfaction to highlight opportunities for improvement and optimize bra designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest bra sizing standards, materials, construction techniques and tools for improving bra fit, quality metrics and technical design. Remain actively aware of trends in fabrics, features and shapes to guide recommendations and updates.
- Additional duties supporting the design, evaluation and quality assurance of company bras. May undertake special projects focused on new bra design, revising technical specifications or fit assessments.

- Proven experience as a technical designer for intimate.
- Proficiency creating size charts, technical drawings/packs, and evaluating fit.
- Knowledge of bra and panties fit process
- Experience with live and form fit sessions
- Be familiar with US standards for apparel products is a plus
- Strong knowledge of bra manufacturing processes and how to determine and correct issues affecting bra quality or fit.

Your role as a Talent QC Engineer will be vital in ensuring the quality of our software products and influencing the tech team to adopt a Quality Mindset. We don't see QC as merely testers; we see them as key contributors in instilling a Quality Standard across the team. As a Talent QC Engineer, you will be trained with the skillsets and mindset required to grow into a Senior QC or Quality Leader position.
What you will do:
- Review and analyze software requirements, identifying any unclear or inconsistent items, and seek clarification as needed
- Work with the team to design tests, such as test data, test cases, test scripts, or testing methods
- Build manual test cases/test scenarios based on requirements, user stories, and acceptance tests within the test plan

As a Data Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to be a key member of our Business Data team, you will use various methods to transform raw data into useful data systems. What you will do:
- Participate in Requirements Analysis & Technical Specification in the Agile/Scrum development process

- Graduated or about to graduate with a bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science or a related field and have a good graduation score or higher
- Proficiency one of langue in C#, Java, or Python for data processing and scripting
- Experience working with relational databases, such as one the database types PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in an Agile culture environment
Preferred (but not required):
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Message Queues with KAFKA & Message Queue
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We are looking for a customer-centric agent with extensive communication skills and a deep understanding of customer satisfaction insights. You will build strong and long-lasting relationships with our customers and your efforts will drive customer satisfaction, happiness, growth and bring added value to the organization.
This role is perfect for you if you are a self-starter, have at least 1 year of experience in customer service backed by proven tracked record implementing top notch customer service programs, policies and processes.
What you will do:
- Answer and address a high volume of incoming email/chat inquiries relating to product issues, sale policy and orders status
- Provide high levels of customer satisfaction by displaying patience and empathy towards customers from different cultures and backgrounds in the US
- Provide a professional service to customers which also protects the business’s interests and brand persona
- Keep track of customer interactions and escalate issues to the higher-level management
- Use company processes and systems to log complaints, update product details and troubleshoot technical problems
- Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment team to notify customers of order status, collect and analyze customer feedback
- Adhere to performance metrics to meet service level expectations and assigned KPI
- Participate in constructive quality feedback sessions with managers to improve performance

- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS above 6.5 or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in customer service support, preferable candidates from E-commerce company like Tiki, Lazada, Shopee or with experience in start-up environment
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
- Strong problem solving abilities to de-escalate situations and ensure a positive solution
- Detail-oriented, highly focused, open-minded and and strong analytical skills
- Customer relationship management experience is strongly desired
- Experience with support applications like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Teamsupport and order management systems
- Ability to work under pressure
