Understanding the Market:
- Ensure that suppliers’ contracts are aligned with company policy, ethics and values are respected, and contractual terms and conditions are acceptable per company policies.
- Branding and marketing activities. Study the competition of the market, be updated with local regulations and Securitas global knowledge
- Identify the must-win segments and the clients to win
- Work on pricing and ensuring that it is compared with the market
Customer Engagement:
- Ensure timely and correct invoicing.
- Building trust with the customers by visiting them, understanding their business, and always having a helpful approach.
- Building case studies that can showcase the service solution.
Sales Process:
- Ensure that the Pipedrive is continuously updated.
- Ensure that the Value Proposition suits the customers’ needs and the outcomes they wish to see.
- Design tailor-made solutions.
- Prepare a suitable costing.
- Oversee negotiation and closing of the deal
Reporting:
- Involved in business plan preparation.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets.
- Pipedrive is updated weekly.

Qualification: University or higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other similar subjects.
Knowledge:
- Excellent communication in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and sales software
Skills:
- Ability to adapt quickly to change, proactive, motivated, and have a positive attitude
- Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and business unit
- Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to work independently with great ownership.
- General understanding in all aspects of supplier
- Customer relationship management
Experiences:
- At least 06 month experience in sales B2B or a similar role.

Salary:
- Gross salary + Bonus KPI.
- A year-end bonus is offered at the end of the year should the division achieves revenue target
- Additional bonus depend on the KPI achievements and awarded at the discretion of the company
- Performance Review and Promotion: Performance reviews will be conducted in a year and all salary adjustments and promotions are considered on an annual basis, unless candidates change jobs within the company.
Annual and sick leave:
- As a full-time employee, Sales Executive is entitled to all statutory holidays as indicated by the Government of Vietnam,
- Annual leave: 12 working days per year
Health and Social Insurance:
- Securitas Vietnam provides basic health and social insurance coverage for all of its full-time employees. It intends to comply with all government requirements concerning social security and payroll taxes, if such requirements exist.
