We are looking for 2 Project Development Officer and 2 File Processing Officer employed and located in our Office in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi.  


A. Project Development Officer:

1.  Job description:

-  Find and collect information about business implementation and analyzing market strategies;

-  Support in developing and coordinating project growth phases;

-   Research information related to company’s project, business industry to identify new trend and potential new markets;

-   Execute to manage the project flow and information;

-   Assist in preparing tender report for reviewing/endorsement by the Management;

-   Coordinate with all teams to ensure project can be completed and delivered in a timely, and high quality manner;

-   Provide timely project progress and status reports as required;

-   Any other tasks related to the facilities as assigned by the Management.

 2.  Qualifications and requirements:

-  University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management with more than 2-year experience;

-  Comprehensive knowledge with pro-active mindset;

-  Proficient in Ms. Office, Ms. Project;

-  Fluent in English (IELTS > 6.0);

-  Positive and creative thinking throughout the whole process of problem solving;

-  Honest, proactive, responsible, able to work independently and hard working under high pressure;

-  Strong communication skills.


B. File Processing Officer: 

1.  Job description:

-  Collect and arrange documents from clients in a timely manner;

-  Translate and prepare immigration documents;

-  Advise clients on how to prepare and complete visa/immigration application;

-  Assist the lawyers in building strong and convincing files for clients;

-  Follow up, guide and assist clients during the application process;

-  Other tasks will be discussed during the interview.

 2.  Qualifications and requirements:

-  Bachelor degree;

-  At least 1-year experience working with immigration application;

-  Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral;

-  Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines;

-  Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

-  Ability to work independently, resourcefully, learn new complex tools;

-  Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other working tools.


C.  Working conditions and benefits:

-  Working time: 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am – 12am (Saturday);
