JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

To efficiently and effectively handle:

  • Order processing (order taking; credit line checking; order confirmation; delivery confirmation…) and resolve order queries for Knauf customers;
  • Delivery status queries;
  • Credit control checking and immediate information escalation to both Sales & Finance when credit line is full;
  • To check & ensure discount/ bonus/ rebate consistency;
  • To provide customers and users with effective technical information and an efficient complaint solving service.


Responsibilities

  1. Safety and Cleanliness Control: Closely and proactively coordinate with safety team in monitoring, to reminding and recording all unsafety working cases and propose action plan;
  2. Customer Service Standards and Policy:  To propose, develop, obtain internal agreement, annually update and communicate to Knauf team, and Knauf customers with customer service standards and policies;
  3.  Sales Administration: To ensure the effective and smooth operation of sales administration which include ordering process, resolve order queries and delivery status queries.
  4. Logistics Data Update: Update truck, container information and work closely with Logistics to make sure all delivery to customer on time, right place.
REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

- University degree preferable

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service/ Sales admin/ Logistics/ Warehouse activities is required.

- Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs

- Able to communicate in English fluently, (Level C or Equivalent).

- Good computing skills, including MS. Office and system similar SAP.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Purchasing requested stuffs/ service at approved cost with the right quality at the right time;
  • Coordinating with all functions to ensure properly purchasing process from PR => PO => Goods/ service receive => payment;
  • Within the assigned tasks and responsibilities, conducting negotiation with suppliers on behalf of the Company;
  • Sourcing, evaluating and selecting suppliers/ sub-contractors (oversea/ local) for materials/ goods/ services that under local’s assessment and decision;
  • Strictly complying with Procurement Policy within established limits of authority;
  • Placing orders, following up confirmation and delivery status to ensure goods/ service receipt as dedicated time;
  • Coordinating with respective functions to conduct annual supplier evaluation program;
  • Keep on-going relationships with major suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors on day to day business to ensure the Company receives satisfactory standards of service;
  • Ensure all purchase document/ contract is prepared properly and correctly;
  • Complete purchasing activities by fulfilling payment process. Ensure any delay in payment processing must be communicated properly to suppliers to ensure Company’s reputation;
  • Reporting.
REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

  • Graduated from Universities. Major in Economics, Marketing, Trading & Logistics is preferable;
  • Have minimum 2 years’ working experience in Import/ Export/ Procurement/ Purchasing position Marketing & service purchasing;
  • Good mindset about timeline and cost;
  • High commitment and good corporation with internal stakeholder;
  • Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills;
  • High responsibility and driven results;
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn;
  • Experience with SAP system and can communicate by English with oversea Suppliers.
