    • Data maintainance & reporting by frequency (daily, weekly, monthly...)
    • Support other admin tasks assigned by line manager
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Third/last year student (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade and Accounting)
    • Mandatory: fluent in English and Vietnamese
    • Good communication skill in both oral and written
    • Experience with Microsoft office (primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
    • Ability to manage workforce effectively to meet objectives and deadline
    • Have experience with designing is a prefer
    • Analytical skill is a plus
    • Responsible & positive mindset, willing to learn and grow
    • Be pro-active, patient and a good listener
    • Be able to quickly adapt in a diversed workforce and under high pressure environment

    REQUIREMENTS
    • Third/Final year student major in Logistics, Foreign Trade, or a related field, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship.
    • No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have advantage.
    • Eloquent English and Vietnamese.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Have strong communication, logical thinking, analytical skills.
    • Proactive, hardworking, and independent.
    • Working hour: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon- Fri).

    • Implement webpage layouts, interactive elements, and backend services that utilize AI and cloud technologies.

    REQUIREMENTS
    • Third/Final year student major in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship.
    • Have at least 6 months of experience in website/software development.
    • Eloquent English and Vietnamese.
    • Utilize tools such as VS Code, Git, cloud environments, and AI.
    • Have experience in AI/Cloud integration is preferable.
    • Hardworking, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
    • Working hour: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon - Fri).
