What You’ll Do
- Provide operational support to the CEO, including managing internal and external relations and ensuring the smooth functioning of all company operations
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to analyze and evaluate the performance of each business unit and develop strategic growth directions for the company.
- Lead research and development for new projects by conducting market research, and discovering business opportunities, under coordination with other departments.
- Coordinate the implementation of business solutions with relevant departments based on CEO and company requests.
- Final year students and graduates in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in consulting or leading projects for at least six months with a proven track record of collaborating across diverse functional teams. Any experience working in consulting projects, and/or as a project manager is a plus.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with strong interpersonal abilities.

Join our 12-month training program designed to enhance your professional expertise, leadership capabilities, and in-depth understanding of various departments. Upon successful completion, participants will be eligible to assume senior specialist roles within the company.
- Participate in onboarding and initial training sessions covering the company, its products, and internal processes.
- Gain hands-on experience by working in key departments such as Business Development, Marketing, Investment, Human Resources, Accounting, and Cinema Operations.
- Support and complete assigned tasks within each rotation.
- Actively participate in, or initiate, projects aimed at process improvement and innovation.

- Recent university graduate within the past 1–2 years (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields).
- Graduated with distinction; candidates with strong academic achievements or outstanding extracurricular involvement are preferred.
- No prior work experience required, though previous internship experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Business Development Specialist (Healthcare Research) [HCM]
To identify and develop high-impact business opportunities in the healthcare sector by conducting strategic market research, evaluating business models, building strong industry partnerships, and driving early-stage execution from concept to pilot—ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research on local and international healthcare sectors, including industry trends, regulatory frameworks, emerging innovations, and operational challenges.
- Identify promising business ideas and evaluate their commercial viability, scalability, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Analyze competitive landscapes to map out key players, market gaps, and disruptive trends across healthcare delivery, medtech, diagnostics, wellness, and related fields.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry experts, advisors, healthcare operators, regulatory agencies, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (strategy, finance, legal, operations) to assess business models and ensure operational feasibility.

Investment Analyst [HCM]
To identify and evaluate high-potential investment and venture opportunities through thorough market research, due diligence, and cross-functional collaboration supporting strategic decision-making and driving successful development and execution of internal and external projects.
- Conduct in-depth market research on emerging trends, technologies, and venture opportunities in target sectors (e.g., healthcare, medtech, wellness).
- Identify and evaluate new business ideas or internal venture concepts in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Perform due diligence on potential investment targets, including competitor analysis, market landscape, and financial modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry experts to assess feasibility and potential of new projects.
- Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and business case presentations for internal approval.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of approved projects, including tracking performance and assisting portfolio companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Preferably 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting, investment banking, project management, equity research, or commercial banking.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (CFA Level I or above is a plus)

To lead the visual design and branding efforts for Beta Cinema and affiliated projects by delivering high-quality, creative, and on-brand visual assets that effectively support marketing campaigns, enhance audience engagement, and elevate the company’s overall visual identity across digital and print platforms.
- Design communication assets for Beta Cinema campaigns, including movie posters, banners, brochures, and social media posts.
- Develop creative concepts based on briefs from the film production and marketing teams.
- Create brand identity materials such as logos, thumbnails, and posters.
- Edit and finalize visuals to ensure consistency with brand standards.
- Lead visual design efforts for Beta Group, Shark Minh Beta, and other cinema-related projects.
- Stay updated on design trends and apply them to enhance creative output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom; photography skills are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar design role.
- Experience in digital marketing and branding design is a strong advantage.
