1. Accountant cum Admin:

a. Job Description

Accounting duties:

    • Do cash & bank record & collect all documents related. 
    • Record & keep track of item sales.
    • Do stock count at month end.
    • Key in accounting software on daily basic & do the reconciliation at month end.
    • Prepare internal report & submit to Chief accountant.
    • In charge of all other accounting duties for Ha Noi branch.

Admin duties:

    • Buy stuffs for office, food & drinks for Happy Friday & company meals.
    • Manage all office equipment.
    • Receive & send documents, get well prepared to welcome new staff.

b. Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting major.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting position.
  • Response in a quick & professional style.
  • Honest, trustworthy, eager to learn.
  • Good team work & communication skills.

2. Nhân viên phòng Vận hành:

a. Mô tả công việc

  • Quản lý và phụ trách tăng trưởng nguồn đối tác vận chuyển cùng với chỉ tiêu chung
  • Xây dựng và giữ mối quan hệ hợp tác lâu dài với các đơn vị đối tác vận chuyển
  • Chăm sóc, hướng dẫn, training cho đối tác
  • Hỗ trợ công việc trong chiến dịch Marketing và các hoạt động cho người vận chuyển & khách hàng

b. Yêu cầu công việc

3. Business Development Executive:

a. Job Description

    • Retain acquired business to a satisfactory level and increase penetration rate in existing business through planning and implementing retention and loyalty program;
    • Assist in achieving business targets through managing the effectiveness of all sales channels and daily operations;
    • Implement marketing campaigns and any other sales initiatives in a cost-effective manner with budgetary control;
    • Give suggestion to develop sales support tools like sales kit, operational manuals, training materials and premium gifts to ensure effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns;
    • Perform financial projections with profitability evaluation and resources planning;
    • Co-ordinate various internal and external parties to roll out sales & marketing campaign and manage the logistics of the roll-out and fulfillment;
    • Monitor sales performance, arrange sales reporting and undertake any short-term/long-term measures to improve sales performance;
    • Facilitate customer complaints to be handled in a prompt and professional manner.

b. Job Requirement

    • Degree Holder or above, preferably in marketing or business related subjects;
    • Min 1 year solid experience in account management or sales; experience in the logistics industry is highly preferred but not a must;
    • Outstanding sales and presentation & communications skills;
    • Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines;
    • Self motivated, responsible, proactive and take ownership and personal responsibility;

1. Business Development Intern
a. Job Description

  • Sales and lead sourcing: Find, engage and schedule meeting with business leads to maintain a healthy pipeline, and support Sales team to ensure weekly targets are met
  • Negotiation and closing of deals: Conduct research and preparing materials for sales team to enable efficient negotiation and deal closure with prospect
  • Sales operations: ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner
  • Brand ambassador: become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values
  • Ad hoc tasks: to assist team on ad hoc tasks as requested

2. Driver Operations Intern:

a. Main responsibilities

    • Driver acquisition: Maintain an over-supplying effort by engaging our drivers leads on a daily basis through various channels
    • Driver onboarding: Assist the Operations team to ensure incoming leads are onboarded in the most efficient way following Lalamove standards
    • Understanding driver operations standards: Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Community management: actively moderate (bring people together), leverage, provide incentives and lead the driver community to shape the best service quality to users and the best worth for drivers
