Reservation Intern (Fulltime)

1. Job description:

Support Reservation team in handle FIT and GIT booking

Data entry to Opera Software and other reservation documents and applications.

Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email.

Accept wait list reservations

Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc

Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions

Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates

2. Requirements:

Working hour: 9am – 6pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday

Passionate with Reservation job

Good command of English, especially Speaking & Listening

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Relevant knowledge in Sales/Administration will be our priority
