Marketing & Communication Intern (Fulltime)

1. Job description

  • Support MarCom Manager to liaise with media to release news, promotional packages
  • Co-ordianate with E-commerce to create interesting news/stories on social media channels
  • Execute promotional campaigns/special offers such as: sign up advert contracts, copywriting, create brochures/flyers/banners/standees….
  • Co-ordinate with Purchasing Department to select appropriate vendors/suppliers in order to propose to the line manager.
  • Manage and update hotel database (customer database)
  • Support manager and Sales Departments when handling guests’ complains in regards to the hotel services/products
  • Support manager to ensure the brand compliance for the hotel specially when having brand audit

2. Requirements

  • Working hour: 9am – 6pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday
  • Passionate with Reservation/ MarCom Job
  • Good command of English, especially Speaking & Listening
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Relevant knowledge in Sales/Administration/ Marketing/ Communication will be our priority

Income Auditor Intern (Fulltime)

1. Job description

  • Filing documents
  • Check the documents from other department
  • Check the documents using OPERA system
  • Check and print Daily Report
  • Track and update using invoices status of FO and FB into system, into folders
  • Declare VAT tax

2. Requirement

  • Working hour: 9am – 6pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday
  • Good command of English, especially Reading
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Relevant knowledge in Finance/ Accouting will be our priority

Purchasing Intern (Fulltime)

1. Job description

  • Get used to Purchasing Department work – purchasing
  • Get used to relevant documents such as PO, PR and document circulation process
  • Support in purchasing work
  • Get used to MC system, look for PO, PR
  • Print receiving reports, look for and copy relevant documents
  • Practice exporting purchasing orders
  • Support in arranging food orders, fax PO or contacting suppliers
  • Involve in seeking for new products quotes
  • Do PR pending report

2. Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Relevant knowledge in Finance will be our priority

Reservation Intern (Fulltime)

1. Job description

  • Support Reservation team in handle FIT and GIT booking
  • Data entry to Opera Software and other reservation documents and applications.
  • Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email
  • Accept wait list reservations
  • Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc
  • Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions
  • Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates

2. Requirements

  • Working hour: 9am – 6pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday
  • Passionate with Reservation/ MarCom Job
  • Good command of English, especially Speaking & Listening
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Relevant knowledge in Sales/Administration/ Marketing/ Communication will be our priority

Training/HR Intern (Fulltime)

1. Job description

  • Taking minutes for departmental trainer meeting and SSC meeting
  • Joining in event and preparation
  • Updating wheel and ERT board
  • Supporting HR in checking locker and other HR requirements.
  • Updating file in system
  • Supporting when have event and activities
  • Translation document and video clip
  • Others tasks assigned. 

2. Requirements

  • Working hour: 9am – 6pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday
  • Good command of English
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint…)
  • Good skill in organizing event and using design software (Photoshop/Canva) is appreciated
