1. JOB SUMMARY:
- Promote awareness of hotel brand image internally and externally
- Promote on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels with the goal of enhancing the image of the hotel.
- Building direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to drive consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness.
- Focus on showcasing Food and Beverage promotions, both to hotel guests and the local market.
- Balancing traditional digital marketing and e-commerce activities to contributing to public relations (PR) activities for the hotel.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent at English
- Relevant education and experience is preferred, however, not essential for coordinator role.
- A passion for hospitality
