Founded in 1996, Language Link Vietnam, a member of the International Language Link Group, was one of the first international organizations to provide courses with native speakers of English in Vietnam. Over the past 20 years, Language Link Vietnam has been steadily growing into a leading organization dedicated to teaching English language in Vietnam.

1. Position: Intern - Overseas Study (Bộ phận Tư vấn du học) - 24 Dai Co Viet, Hai Ba Trung

2. Working time: Minimum 4 hours per day, from Monday to Friday

3. Responsibilities:

- Greet and direct all visitors, sorts and distribute incoming mail to staff and manage outgoing mails and packages

- Assist in admission & visa application for students.

- Translate documents for students.

- Assist students in checking disbursement documents for the bank and in payment of fees to institutions and arranging accommodation, airport pick-up and air-ticket for students.

- Support the company's promotional campaigns & events and the company's other services (air ticket, visitor visa, dependent visa...)

- Record and manage students’ documents

- Do telesales when needed

- General secretarial office duties if any

- Other tasks as assigned by the manager

4. Requirements:

- Fluency in English, equivalent IELTS from 6.0 and above (compulsory)

- Good at both individual work and teamwork

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts to the organization

- Must be a person of high integrity, high energy as well as results-oriented

5. Pay rate: 20.000VND/hour
