Lazada Vietnam is looking for an OPEX associate in OVP Team (working time from 9am-6pm from Monday to Friday in Hanoi)

1. The role:

Reporting to Head of Operations Vendor Performance Management, you will be responsible for :

- Actively identifying and analyzing operational issues at Lazada’s 3rd party vendors

- Visiting the vendors and identifying root causes for operational problems

- Improving the operational excellence at seller in alignment with Lazada targets

- Coordinating with Head of Operations Vendor Performance Management on pro-cess optimization

- Monitoring and reviewing the success of implementations on a continuous basis

- On-request tasks from Head of Department

2. In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• University graduate with relevant bachelor degree

• Preferably 1 year of proven career track in Operations and Supply Chain Management

• Self-motivated and hard-working

• Determined, able to make yourself heard and convince others

• Pro-active and able to work under pressure

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Enthusiasm for e-commerce and its opportunities

3. Candidate background:

• Be required a friendly manner, can-do attitude and willingness to help at all times;

• Customer service orientation;

• Good problem-solving skill;

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Internet and Power Point;
