Job Description:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls from outside & inside
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to General Manager
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
organising events and conferences for GM
- Typing, compiling, translating and preparing reports, presentations for GM
- Managing databases and filing systems; collating and filing expenses
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Other administrative tasks assigned by GM.

Requirement:
- Good appearance & grooming.
- Bachelor degree in Korean Studies; fluency in Korean, good at English
- Have experience of administration or personal assistant work.
- Good communication skills; good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Flexibility and adaptability
