- Support recruitment in preparing vacancy announcement, contacting candidates and facilitating interviews as per request.
- Support training to maintain the training facilities, complete records, forms, logs when needed.
- Support in preparing and running internal events
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
- Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Requirement:
- Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or diploma (or last year student)
- Personality: Creative, hard-working, enthusiasm, love HR's job, training and events.
- Skill: Good communication skill; Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustration; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office;
- Good English
- Fulltime
- Period for Internship program: At least 3 months (Prefer 4-6 months)
