We are MicroAd Vietnam (Hanoi Branch), looking for an Ad Optimization to join our growing team, with a most dynamic, young and creative Brand in Digital Advertising in Vietnam and Asia.

1. Your role

• Handling budgets, working with many advertising platform (MicroAd BLADE, Google AdWord, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads,..), managing campaign costs (main task).
• Set-up tracking method & campaign structure.
• Responsible for the day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaign.
• Working with Sales Executives to manage an advertising campaign that meets the client’s and budget.
• Writing client reports and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

3. Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance , Economic or a related field.
• Time management skill.
• Critial thinking and Logical reasoning.
• Good English.
• Microsoft office skills
