Title: Partnership Intern

(Location: Hanoi)

Tasks:

 Serve as a member of Partnerships & Event team to execute campaigns, projects and events

 Identify and execute on Shopee’s top partnership opportunities in country while working with

existing potential partners

 Approach and negotiate with partners to optimize benefits for Shopee

 Prepare report after campaign and be able to assess efficiency and quality

 Prepare plan, budget, detailed execution and demonstrate good project management skill

 Be organized, and bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working under

tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously

 Handle a high volume of engagements and fit in with the fast pace at Shopee

Background:

 Have experience in partnership and business development experience in Vietnam market

 Have experience working with partners related businesses possessing large user bases (in the

traditional and internet space)

 Demonstrated ability to project manage and work effectively across internal and external

organizations

 High can-do spirit and good teamwork skill

 Very good communication and negotiation skill

 Strong written and verbal communications skills

Benefits:

 Salary: 3.75 million VND gross per month.

 Meal allowance, snacks and drink, regular trainings, annual company retreat.

 Considered for full-time position after internship

Recruitment Process:

 1 st Round: Screen CV and interview with HR

 2 nd Round: Complete the assignment below by 2 days

 3 rd Round: 2 nd Interview with Line Manager

 4 th Round: 3 rd Interview with Head of Department
