I. Digital Marketing Executive 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Analytics & Conversions

  • Collect and analyze data from websites, blogs, EDM systems to explore insights, identify issues and opportunities in order to achieve maximum conversions and ROI.

2. Digital Marketing Channel Management

  • Manage and optimize the company website and all blogs
  • Manage EDM system for all Departments
  • Energize and create client engaging, SEO aligned content.
  • Monitor partners’ cross-channel digital marketing performance, and propose measurement plans to evaluate user/client engagement and conversion goals
  • Research/study the effectiveness of the channels with KPIs for BOD updates and decisions
  • Study and propose operational guidelines and process on each DM channel: post timeframes, content, languages, the brand identity issues, forms of content (text, live stream, webinar, video, info graphics ...)

3. SEO strategy and management

  • Conduct analysis; develop a SEO roadmap and monitoring to ensure the company’s websites are ranked high among keyword search terms relevant to each product.
  • Maintain SEO on-page optimization and off-page marketing to promote the company core business, products and brand assets.
  • Update the changes in the SEO industry, and identify new trends and practices that help maintain the highest search engine rankings for the company and business units

4. Lead generation and management

  • Conduct analysis and support the development roadmap for database collection and lead generation from the website, blogs, etc.
  • Manage re-marketing campaigns to converse the website and blogs traffic to lead database and customer services
  • Support the development of lead n roadmap for database collection and lead generation from the website, blogs, etc.
  • Support the development of lead nurturing program and lead management workflow for business growth and expansion

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years experience in related field
  • Proficient English (both speaking and writing)

II. Valuation Intern


Department: Valuation, Ho Chi Minh


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Collect needed information via callings, internet search and other sources
  • Draft and/or translate report under the supervision of the team members
  • Assist other administration works

Personal Abilities:

  • Energy and determination to succeed
  • Capable of working in an international company in a client facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • The ability to operate as part of a team
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using excel, Power point,
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Very well-presented, business dress

III. Residential Sales Consultant 

POSITION OVERVIEW – The residential sales representative is in charge of selling a company’s products/services to customers within a particular area or location

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactive looking for potential buyers.
  • Improve on the sales of products and services and adhere to assigned sales quota and outlined guidelines.
  • Approach prospective clients and showcase the best products and services offered by the organization to them.
  • Highlight unique and special features of company’s products or services to clients, giving them reasons the products/services are better than their competitors’.
  • Seek appointments with clients to showcase company products and services; and follow up on clients who show interest.
  • Process sales data for record keeping and accurate balancing of sales account.
  • Interact with clients and build a professional network that could yield good sales results in the long run, and also bring good recommendations.
  • Initiate promotions to give customers incentives and bonuses as a form of appreciation for their patronage.
  • Take company’s products and services to the doorstep of clients when necessary to make the buying experience easier and convenient for them.
  • Give detailed description of products/services to customers, as well as the various ways they can be used to obtain maximum satisfaction Assist with direct sales in specific communities as directed by management.  

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

Communication skills

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders;

PC skills

The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information

Experience

At least 1 year experience in related field or hospitality, luxury product

Language

Proficient English (both speaking and writing), Chinese is a plus
