Currently we are looking for 01 potential candidate for the position of Investment Consultant.

Job Title: Investment Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                                                                                                                       

• Research and understand the commercial, residential and industrial property markets in Vietnam.
• Identify property divestment opportunities from development sites to operating commercial assets.
• Maintain and develop databases of potential purchasers in Vietnam and overseas.
• Assist in the marketing and sales process until a successful transaction is completed.
• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financials
• Maintain and update the market databases including rental/ occupancies/ price (existing & forecasts)
• Analyze market data, forecast trend
• Analyze specific projects and write development recommendation reports
• Provide data and research analysis on specific themes to support business development;
• Respond to internal and external client and media requests for market data, analysis and comment
• Assist to build the external perception of Savills capability and present to clients if and when necessary, participate in the business development;
• Propose/ prepare technical solutions to undertake market research/ consultant requests from clients

CANDIDATE PROFILES

• At least 1 year of experience in local developers or other agencies
• Experience in investment analysis skills, understand local markets
• Excellent English and Vietnamese communication and written skills
