• Ensure the exact of Contract /Customer’s order according to Company policy
• Issue advance payment request (if any)
• Send Order Acknowledgement (OA) to customers based on the Purchaser’s confirmation
• Send arrival notice to customers
• Ensure commitment to Customer of on time delivery, documents as required.
• Send Certificate of Origin (CO)/Certificate of Quality (CQ) to customers
• Follow up the warranty to Customer according to agreed warranty policy, if any.
• Ensure the procurement of product is correct in quantity and quality according to Customer’s requirements
• Ensure the procurement terms and conditions as agreed with Supplier ( delivery terms, payment terms etc..)
• Ensure on time delivery from Supplier as per delivery schedules
• Ensure smooth clearance of goods through availability of all relevant documents related to quality, country of origin, tax, shipping docs.
• Complete related clearance documents and inform Delivery about delivery plan.
• Support OH team of providing exact and correct information to customer
• Follow up and prepare report on Vendor’s KPI

• Graduate from Foreign Trade University, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, English language.
• 2 years experiences in Logistic field
• Good organization skills, proactive, result-oriented,
• Ability in managing several tasks
• Self-motivated with a high level of creativity
• Familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Projects, PowerPoint, and other software
• Good command of English
• Good computer skills
