Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain relationship with regional key accounts;

  • Responsible for achieving monthly target of above customers;

  • Assist Channel Sales Manager in approaching new customers;

  • Support Channel Sales Manager in opening new distribution (Online) as per strategy;

  • Support customer to prepare sales orders (stock, promotion, dispatch, payment);

  • Supervise Trade Developer to deliver sell out target, support Key account’s events, road show, shop front promotion, trade fair, approach and consult End Users upon request of Customers;

  • Coordinate with marketing team in terms of products, collaterals and catalog promotion design;

  • Conduct frequent market intelligent (price mirror, competitor’s listings, activities and promotions);

  • Assist in training sales team of Key account customers;

  • Prepare quarterly and yearly rebate to Modern trade accounts;

  • Process procedure for opening new accounts (contract, credit);

  • Maximize brand image at outlet level (POSM, display stock, in store merchandising);

  • Coordinate with Sales Customer Service for delivery and logistic issues (booking, packing, barcode, part number, freebees, etc.);

  • Provide monthly/ quarterly report of responsible region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business/ Sales and Marketing;

  • At least 2 years work experience in similar position;

  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese;

  • PC literate (MS Office): Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook,…;

  • Communication skills and negotiation skills;

  • Able to work independence and travel;

  • Well organizing & problem-solving skills;

  • Able to perform multiple tasks, prioritize the tasks to meet the timeline required;

  • Positive attitude.
