Project Coordinator - JONCKERS Vietnam

Location:                          Hanoi, Vietnam
Languages required:       English

Contract duration:           6 months or more

Requirements

·         Fresh graduates or maximum 1 year of experience as project manager/project coordinator

·         Good command of English in all four skills

·         Full time working at office

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Fluency in Japanese and/or substantial experience in localization is a plus

Key responsibilities

The Project Coordinator(PC) will carry out the following responsibilities, under the supervision of JONCKER’s Project Manager(s), Group Lead(s) or Team Lead:

·         Manage translation and localization projects from beginning to end

·         Develop project plans and workflows, manage time, budget, resources, and quality control

·         Guide translation vendors and clients through the localization process

·         Regularly monitor clients' satisfaction and take actions

·         Identify and document opportunities to improve processes and technologies
